That’s why we feel that Once-a-Month maintenance programs are the best and most efficient way to control insect problems. The sprays we use leave a residual barrier behind that will kill the bugs that walk across it. Many insecticides start to deteriorate and become less effective after 30 days so it doesn’t do as good a job after this time. As such, Bi-Monthly or quarterly treatments have the potential to allow bugs on or into your building This gives bugs plenty of time to get established between visits and we find that to be UNACCEPTABLE. With our MONTHLY program, we are working constantly to keep pests away, not clean up after they get established.
