How much do you charge?

Prices are based on the size of your home or business, but vary depending on type of problems you have, location, plus other variables.  Most of the time, with a quick phone call, our technicians can give you an estimate over the phone, or if necessary we come to your home or business to provide estimates, FREE!


Do we have to leave while our home/business is being treated?

If we are spraying inside, YES!  All people and pets must be out for at least three hours or until the spray is dry.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Once dry, our products are safe for kids, pets and EPA approved for use in hospitals, vet clinics, restaurants and in the home.

What do we have to do to get ready for you to spray?

On the inside make sure all garbage, toys, pet dishes, clothes, and shoes are picked up and put away.  Cover aquariums.  Don’t move furniture, we will get around and behind it.  On outside treats make sure NO vegetation is touching buildings.  This enables us to treat all of your buildings and it eliminates ways for insects to avoid contacting the residual left behind from our spray.  Also, make sure all toys, pet dishes and shoes are covered or far enough away from buildings to not get sprayed or dripped on from eaves.



What services do you offer?

We offer insect and rodent control for the mice and rats that are plaguing Douglas County. We also trap for moles and gophers.

Do you offer monthly service?

Absolutely! We will always recommend monthly service as the best way to keep your property protected and bug free. We use the lowest dose that is both safe and effective in controlling insects. Usually after a month the product starts to lose its effectiveness and it’s time for another treatment.

How soon can you be here?

We understand that if you’re calling us you don’t want to wait for service.  We will be there as soon as we can, sometimes the SAME DAY!

Does weather affect spraying outside?

Not usually.  As long as the roads are safe for our technicians to travel we will provide service.   Since areas that we apply spray are mostly protected from the weather, rainy days won’t stop us either.

How do I pay?

After completion of the job, your Technician will leave an invoice and complimentary, pre-addressed envelope.  You are welcome to pay by check or card at the time of service, or mail your payment. We also accept credit or debit card over the phone.

Do you require a contract?

No, we are so confident in our service that we feel being tied to a contract isn’t necessary.

Do you service all types of buildings?

YES! We currently service homes, businesses, restaurants, schools, medical facilities, veterinary clinics, and rental properties just to name a few.
